Here you can sort of make out the skeleton under lighting.

The red light made the wood cage look even more like it was metal.

Here you can get an idea of placement. To the left is the walkway to the door, to the right is the graveyard.

The spider victim! We tied fishing line to this guy and stood over near the graveyard fence and shook him as people walked by. The whole hedge would start shaking and it was a really cool effect.

Is the spider eating him, or just giving him a hug?

Here's a shot of the stained glass windows in the Mortuary. These things were glowing really amazingly well, lit by 2 blacklights on the other side of the wall.

Here's the fella in the casket. We also went with the ghetto-animation of fishing line for this guy and scared quite a few kids.
