The Makeup Room

This room was a good idea that could stand to be improved. The concept is that the room nearest the funeral would be where they do the makeup on the bodies. In our case we had an old lady getting some work done. Props included wig forms painted by Sommer, Michelle and Rita and the walls were striped fabric which looked very much like solid wallpaper.

The Maze

To lengthen the haunt we once again added a maze element similar to last year. This year, however, we went with clear plastic and wood which gave the house an unfinished look. Some blood on the walls, flickering lights and an added black hallway made the maze an excellent transition from the Makeup Room to the Coffin Room.

The Coffin Room

This room came out amazingly. We stacked the 5 coffins in the corner and included a workbench with rusty saw and spare boards leaned against the wall. The soundtrack was of sawing and nailing and the new pneumatic Coffin Jumper provided the scare.
