Ground Breaker | Page 2

At the bottom of this page is the skeletal structure that makes up the frame of the Ground Breaker. Its made of PVC, and rubber tubing with wire coat hangers inside to hold the shape of the ribs. The skull was removed once we decided he'd be wearing a mask and only needed a styrofoam head form. The top pictures show the skin (paper maché style glue technique) and hands in place. The hands were made of wire, covered with cotton and then rubber latex and were done completely by my lovely girlfriend. The entire thing was painted with spray cans, and detail brush work.
